Most of my adult life I’ve made a career as a graphic designer but there is something I love about working with my hands. It’s just different to have a piece of art that you can pick up and hold.

I live in Wyoming with my husband and three children. After moving here from the South and immersing myself into the world of big game hunting, I found love in the beautification of dead things! My late grandfather (someone else who loved crafting things with his hands) always said I was really bad at just following the yellow brick road. I would say that’s true, but Dorothy didn’t discover who she really was until she strayed off the path.

Despite the cheesy metaphor I do love this art.
